The Eremo delle Carceri is a hermitage located in the hills outside of Assisi, Italy. It was founded by Saint Francis of Assisi in the early 13th century and is still an important site for pilgrims today.

The hermitage is open to visitors daily from 9:00am to 12:00pm and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

There is no official website for the Eremo delle Carceri, but more information can be found on the Assisi tourism website.

Nearby attractions include the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, which is open daily from 6:00am to 7:00pm, and the Rocca Maggiore, a medieval fortress with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The fortress is open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
